Loretta Lynch the brave AG |
Claims of kleptocracy, money laundering, fraud and implied treason following the US Department of Justice / FBI's joint investigations on 1MDB-linked crimes could be contested in a court of law.
To begin with Prime Minister Najib Razak, who is the thinly-veiled Malaysian Official 1, should instruct his lawyers to file a response in a federal court (I suppose in the US) within 60 days.
You can file it on Monday without having to wait for another Tuesday, if you have anything factual to prove that Lynch is wrong.
I'm sure Najib could seek help from the local Legal Aid Bureau or the Malaysian Bar Council if he feels that his lawyers are not competent enough to stand straight when facing Lynch the US Attorney General.
Malaysian Official 1, if you don't file a response just zip it. We have had enough of your shadow play and outright lies.
Just to recap below are recordings of Lynch and her fellow investigators press conference during which the 1MDB-linked kleptocracy was unveiled, as the biggest in US history. Listen carefully to the choice of words used to explain the crimes against Malaysia and Malaysians.
Actually Rosmah Mansor's son Riza Aziz and his buddy Jho Low who were named in the DoJ civil suit together with another Arab conman could start filing their response at a federal court in the US if they still happen to be partying in the US. I'm not sure if you could file a response in a US court while drowning your sorrows in a fortified bungalow in KL. No harm trying though.

Just remember that Loretta is not Apandi Ali and Apandi Ali is not Loretta. Btw, how many Tuesdays are there in 60 days from the 20th of July?
How nice if we could see the headline of our local news title "Apandi Ali vs US DOJ"
ReplyDeleteAG US WANITA TETAPI KEHEBATANNYA SERIBU KALI GANDA DARI AGPANDI MSIA YG TAK BERTELOR...DARI NAJIB..AG IGP SPRM BARU DAN EMPTY DAH DI SIDA KAN KAKMAH
Delete"Just remember that Loretta is not Apandi Ali and Apandi Ali is not Loretta. Btw, how many Tuesdays are there in 60 days from the 20th of July?"
ReplyDeleteThey are as different as a clear mountain stream vs the effluence of an inner city drain. Secondly, we've lost count of Tuesdays ever since Bogeysman had Nothing2Hide.
Just because someone doesn’t love you the way you want them to, doesn’t mean they don’t love you with all they have. Jim and Mae were both patients in a mental hospital. One day while they were walking past the hospital swimming pool, Jim suddenly jumped into the deep end. He sank to the bottom of the pool and stayed there. Mae promptly jumped in to save him. She swam to the bottom and pulled him out.
When the Nursing Director became aware of Mae’s heroic act she immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as she now considered Mae to be mentally stable. And she went to tell Mae the news, ‘Mae, I have good news and bad news. The good news is you’re being discharged, since you were able to rationally respond to a crisis by jumping in and saving the life of the person you love. I have concluded that your act displays sound-mindedness. The bad news is, Jim hanged himself in the bathroom with his bathrobe belt right after you saved him. I am so sorry, but he’s dead.’
Mae replied, ‘He didn’t hang himself, I put him there to dry ... Now which day can I go home?’
ReplyDeleteDeputy UMNO Youth Leader, Khairul Azwan Harun, was sent to make a local police report against the former Governor of Malaysia’s Central Bank Zeti Akhtar Aziz, former Attorney-General of Malaysia Abdul Gani Patail and the outgoing head of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Abu Kassim Mohamed.
Through the police report, the “First Family” was essentially crying, whining and bitching about the three individuals of providing confidential information to foreign agencies, including the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), without authorisation. The report also insists that the three individuals named were conspiring to topple Najib and the democratically-elected Malaysian government.
The primary issue that is causing pro-Najib bloggers, politicians and supporters beating their chests and screaming until foaming on the mouth is this – the Government of the United States should have first checked with the Government of Malaysia (read: Najib Razak) whether the complaint is legitimate before taking action (of telling all and sundry about Najib’s involvement).
In other words, A.G. Lynch and DOJ should have called the Prime Minister Najib Razak Office and asked – “Hey Mr. Prime Minister, we received stacks of evidence that your stepson Riza Aziz and your friend Jho Low have stolen billions of dollars from 1MDB. Can we confiscate their assets such as the luxury real estate in Manhattan, Beverly Hills and London, fine art, and a private jet?”
Najib’s minions are also complaining that 1MDB wasn’t consulted by the US for information. Well, perhaps they were right. Perhaps the American government should have had contacted Pablo Escobar and asked nicely whether he was a drug dealer before conspiring with the Colombian government to hunt, shoot and kill the Colombian drug lord in 1993.
ReplyDeleteWho's the fake 2.6 billion sheikh?
It's Jho Low, as anyone with a half a brain cell figured out a year ago.
Here's the cut and paste "disclaimer" that appeared in Jho Low's laundered art collection transfers:
287. Each gift letter closes by stating:
"All the art-work(s) gifted to you should not in any event be construed as an act of corruption since this is against the Company and/or my principles and I personally do not encourage such practices in any manner whatsoever."
This is word-for-word identical with the infamous "donation letters" that Pandi Dobi considered sufficient "evidence" to close the case against the shifty-eyed Bugis crook.
Pandi Dobi is an international joke among the legal community.
4 fake letters, no actual bank transfer evidence, and you closed the case?
ReplyDeleteDid the AG refuse consent for mutual legal assistance by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) as alleged?
If so, why was consent refused?
Is it not the case that the documents sought through that process were essential to ascertain the money trail leading to the deposits in an account relevant to that investigation?
Without that documentary evidence sought, how did he verify the purported claim that the said monies were from a donation?
Hasn't that decision now been thrown open by the particulars set out in the suit by the DOJ?
Why did the AG refuse consent for mutual assistance to do get evidence on the 1MDB scandal?
Is it not the case now that the alleged failure to consent to a request for assistance has seriously impacted on the case?
Is it not the case that as a result of that refusal, the AG is now not in a position to dispute the claims made by the DOJ that the monies originated from elsewhere?
mulut saya sudah kelu n tangan saya sudah lesu utk memberi komentar. kpd mereka2 ini terutama nya MO1, saya hanya bolih berkata 'HARAMJADAH'!!!!.

ReplyDelete“To lead people, walk beside them ...
As for the best leaders, the people do not notice their existence.
The next best, the people honor and praise.
Then comes those the people fear; and after that those that people hate ...
And when the best leader's work is done the people say,
"We did it ourselves!"
― Lao Tzu in "Tao Te Ching"
Our leader boastfully did it by himself but for himself. And when his work is done the people say, "His existence we fear. How should we save ourselves?"
ReplyDeletePublication of these CCCC contract details, which many in Malaysia may regard as indicating treason as well as corruption, are likely to make the Chinese nervous.
The contract works thus:
Total contract value: MYR60 billion
Actual assumed cost of project: MYR27 billion
CCCC profit margin of 4.55 percent: MYR2.729 billion
Additional differential: MYR29.8 billion
The so-called “additional differential” is the amount needed to compensate CCCC for its support of 1MDB. Thus the Malaysian public is expected to pay double the proper price for the railway simply to bail out Najib and his corrupt associates.
The amounts to be paid on behalf of 1MDB total an astonishing US$7.46 billion. This includes the debts due to Abu Dhabi’s sovereign wealth fund which is currently suing 1MDB over unpaid loan guarantees.
It was bad enough that the US has launched criminal charges against many associated with 1MDB and which implicate Najib in all but name.
The latest revelations add to the threat to Najib’s position and hence the possibility that any deal now signed with CCCC would later be repudiated by Malaysia as corruptly won.
Have the Chinese govt been made aware of the "under the table"?
They should explain this.
Anak tiri dia boleh buat cerita baru...
ReplyDeleteTHE LANUN BUGIS OF 1MDB!!!!

Siapa berani, tangkap lah Najib! Hidup Najib!!!
ReplyDeleteI guess Najib nor Appandi has no locus standi to sue Lynch or the DOJ. So are 1MDB No 1; 1MDB 2 or 1MDB 3.
ReplyDeleteThe only persons who coud sue Lynch are Riza and Jho Low whose names are explicitly mentioned. But everything will be unearthed if things were to bring out in the open. Remember, this is US, not Bolehand.
In the meantime, AhJib kor will consolidate him position even further, as his pemakan dedak are losing more and more of their conscience; whilst the rakyat are losing their rights more and more - even Tun Mahathir can't do anything about it.
