The police report lodged against 1MDB is very specific. The report called for a thorough investigations into specific matters and dealings of a debt-ridden 'sovereign wealth fund' that is wholly owned by the Government of Malaysia.
The police report makes no mention of or was not aimed at Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, Umno the political party or any of its office bearers or members including Umno secretary general Datuk Seri Teuku Adnan Teuku Mansor and his loyal speaker Datuk Salleh Said Keruak from Sabah.
Even the names of several Umno politicians who are believed to be involved in 1MDB's land purchases, especially in Penang and Selangor, was not mentioned in the report.
Any human being with a just a pinch of common sense would realise that the police report by Datuk Seri Khairuddin (see report and details in my previous posting) was specifically against the much tainted 1Malaysia Development Berhad.
The report is actually an opportunity for 1MDB to come clean, if the fund is indeed clean and has nothing but the interest of this nation and her people at heart.
To me Khairuddin appears like nothing but a responsible Malaysian, with tonnes of guts, who dared stand up to initiate an investigation into 1MDB because there has been so much confusion about the secrecy shrouded 'sovereign wealth fund'.
Oh ya, he happens to be an Umno member and has been elected as the Deputy Division Chief in Batu Kawan, Penang.
We hear not only Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Tun Daim Zainuddin but quite a number of other eminent Malaysians, politicians and others, have also been questioning the wheelings and dealings of 1MDB.
Some do it openly while others in their own forums. Some do it to rectify the situation while many to run down the administration.
Even the Governor of our central bank, Bank Negara, seems very concerned if not disturbed with the debt-ridden wealth fund.
So, why is there an increased attempt to shoot, ridicule, threaten and defame the messengers? Is someone trying to cover up some criminal activities somewhere?
Why do some Umno leaders go to the extend of 'oiling' a certain PKR top leader, a VP no less, to attack Tun Daim Zainuddin simply because the former Finance Minister had voiced his reservations on the debt-ridden 1MDB and the funds parked in Cayman Islands.
I was told they not only 'oiled' the PKR shorty but also forced mainstream media organisations to provide the space and air-time to publicise the attack against Tun Daim. Why is this so?
Umno's top leader/leaders sleeping with the enemy to cover up a multi-billion dollar scam? I hope not.
Why is it that the Umno secretary general wants the police report against 1MDB withdrawn?
Why is the secretary general's speaker Salleh Said Keruak questioning the motive of the report against 1MDB? Are you guys on 1MDB's payroll or have something to hide? If not, why?
I think its time for some politicians, Umno leaders in particular, to realise that the world doesn't revolve around you. This is not about you. This is not about your self serving antics you call politics.
This is about Malaysia our nation. There are fears, and these fears look real, that this nation is being raped by those trusted to administer and manage her. The police report on 1MDB demands nothing but a full disclosure and transparency of 1MDB. What is the problem?
Opposition politicians too have been having a field day making fun and ridiculing 1MDB for more than a year now, with Government and its supporters stuck dumbfounded unable to counter the Opposition's 'lies'.
I hope the police report, and I hear about a similar report to the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission, is allowed to take its course without any interference. In normal circumstances such investigations would be able to provide some answers to clear the mess.
I strongly believe Najib Razak has nothing to fear. When you have nothing to hide, why fear? I can't say the same about all those learned advisors and slimy characters around him though.
In fact the Prime Minister, Finance Minister and 1MDB advisor, on his return from overseas, should call for an urgent press conference and make it clear that both the police and MACC will have a free hand to investigate 1MDB.
The government could even consider appointing an independent audit firm to assist our Public Accounts Committee to clear the air about 1MDB, once an for all.
Come clean. That is all what we are asking for.
p/s In the meantime I would advise Najib's boys to try to keep their cyberdogs in check because they have been forcing dirty laundry out in the open. This is not a request. TQ

It's not a political issue.
If you are the Finance Minister, it is your job to explain publicly how a sovereign wealth fund can run into an NPL situation.
Yet he remains silent, as ever.
So where exactly does the buck stop?
Ye, Apanama. Time for UMNO's politicians to be real. Not dummies, no scummy. Clear up, please !
Advise to those vested with self-interests in the 1MDB funds:
Do not dishonor the Malay race by being a scoundrel leader.
