PETRONAS' KITCHEN CABINET OVERRULED !

Finally some good sense prevails - Petronas has decided to abort the appointment of Queen Sheryll Stothard, the diehard socialist, Anwar Ibrahim apologist and rabid anti-government writer, from assuming the oil giant's corporate comm GM post.

Whether the reversal was after realising that the former Parti Rakyat Malaysia VICE president was definitely a bane to any organisation (Maxis will vouch for this) or due to pressure from concerned Petronas watchers, it is a piece of news that should be celebrated for the future of the nation and Petronas itself.

In the first place, Stothard was not chosen on merit. It was the decision of Petronas' kitchen cabinet - a powerful cabinet which even hold the corporation's president and CEO by his b....s!

For Stothard's fans who felt that she was deserving despite the fact that she is only a holder of a BA in English Literature and her writing fame was her frothing in the mouth anti-government articles, she was even forced to leave Maxis.

Obviously, a Maxis reject doesn't deserve a place in Petronas especially when the oil corporation is a national strategic body which cannot allow a person of Stothard's slimy credentials anywhere near Tower 1, let alone enter the building.

QUEEN CONTROLs PETRONAS?

The Queen of Parti Rakyat Malaysia Ms.Sheryll, I was told, is a direct appointee of none other than the President of Petronas Datuk Shamsul Azhar (pic) or rather his influential 'kitchen cabinet'.

So powerful the appointment is that the Queen of PRM has started bossing around in the President's Office even before her appointment is endorsed/vetted by Petronas' Human Resource and Security Departments.

This serious breach of security in our national oil company is indeed ridiculous but it appears as though the Queen has an 'UPPER HAND' in this issue.

I wonder if she is by any chance holding the President/CEO & Keluarga at ransom?

Are you OK, Mr.President?

p/s Would Ms.Sheryll be loyal to Petronas, Mr.President & family or her dark side? I mean her free-for-all IDEOLOGY which secured her the Vice-President's post in Parti Rakyat Malaysia.

Is Former Parti Rakyat Malaysia vice president Sheryll Stothard the same person who is now the newly minted CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS GENERAL MANAGER of PETRONAS?

And she brought along another dubious character in the person of Suhaimy Kamaruddin ( a person who writes insightful notes in MalaysianInsider) into our national oil company?

Where are we heading my dear Datuk Shamsul Azhar, the honorable President/Ceo of Petronas?

'Sheryll Stothard was the Managing Director of Hikayat Press (founded in 2000) and guess the outfit and the other individuals associated with her had nothing good to say about that the Government of Malaysia. Her associates, I was told, includes prominent names like Anwar Ibrahim and notorious writers like Hishamuddin Rais, and pro-Chin Peng film-makers.'

- guess what the next Petronas Hari Raya Aidil Fitri TV commercial/add storyline would be. The return of Chin Peng on 1st of Syawal ?

Anwar: Zaid the most qualified of all candidates

KUALA KUBU BARU: Datuk Zaid Ibrahim is the most qualified candidate to contest in the Hulu Selangor parliamentary by-election, said PKR adviser Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

“With full cooperation from DAP and PAS, we can succeed,” he said.

Penang Chief Minister and DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng concurred, saying Zaid had all the qualities of a good representative.

DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang said people generally did not want independents to serve them, adding that Zaid would be an asset in Parliament for the Opposition.

PAS deputy president Nasharuddin Mat Isa agreed with Lim, saying the rakyat generally did not prefer independents.

Asked to comment on Zaid’s lifestyle and his penchant for liquor, other Opposition leaders said that was in the past.

Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, who is heading the election machinery for PKR, said Zaid had given up the habit.

“He has stopped drinking. But people did not ask him this when he contested in Kota Baru,” he said.

I wonder why Zaid was not allowed to defend his Umno-Kota Baru parliamentary seat in 2008?

tunku thinks someone is wanting to be the Member of Parliament in "Zimbabwe".

I think PKR vice-president Azmin Ali, utterly disgusted with Anwar's decision to pick Zaid Ibrahim as the most suitable candidate for Hulu Selangor, has opened the doors for a 'death blow' for his nemesis in PKR.

Now the onus is on BN to prove that Zaid is indeed a 'Kaki Botol' (Alcoholic = Drunkard).

p/s Can't really wait to see the hard evidence ... if indeed there is any. I'm sure BN guys would be thanking Azmin from the bottom of their heart.

Monkeys in PKR!

Parti Keadilan Rakyat's Bakar Arang (Kedah) state assemblyman quit the party an hour ago, citing a host of reasons. Top of the list of his grievances was the existence of 'Monkeys in PKR'.

Its my wild guess that the PKR Monkeys revealed by Yang Berhormat Tan Wei Shu are the same individuals described by xPKR Kulim Bandar Baru MP Zulkifli Noordin as 'Little Pharaohs' and the 'Little Napoleons' exposed by PKR Wangsa Maju MP Wee Choo Keong.

p/s At the press conference to announce his decision to quit PKR, Tan Wei Shu who declared himself as an Independent state assemblyman also said that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's leadership was a THREAT to PKR and Pakatan Rakyat in general.

Zaid Ibrahim Picked As PKR Candidate In Hulu Selangor

HULU SELANGOR, April 13 (Bernama) -- Former Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, Datuk Zaid Ibrahim, has been chosen as the Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) candidate for the by-election for the Hulu Selangor parliamentary seat on April 25.

The selection of Zaid, 59, a Kelantan-born who is also a member of the PKR Central Leadership Council, was announced by Opposition Leader and PKR advisor Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at the Serendah Community Hall, here Tuesday night.

SCAVENGERS ... dead or alive?

PKR's Little Napoleons, Little Pharaohs, Crocs, Warlords & VULTURES !

The two guys in the above photo have been creatively described in the past for their political expediency and 'the end justifies the means' kindda politics in this country.

The duo, along with the likes of Sivarasa, sexy-Elly Wong (Husin Lempoyang says wowwwww!), Syed Husin, Johari Abdul and a few other activists are now said to have hijacked PKR and Pakatan to the extend that the true reformists within them have begun dumping the Opposition party.

PKR secretary general Salehuddin Hashim left recently together with thousands of original reformists who formed the backbone of PKR during its early years circa 1998-2000.

The struggle then was for genuine reforms but the party has been hijacked by a small group of power crazy individuals who infiltrated the party via dubious mergers.

Now these dubious characters run the party and the few state governments as though it is their sendirian berhad company.

Zahrain, Tee Beng, Mohsin and Zulkifli Nordin, who either walked out like Salehuddin or was sacked for refusing to kowtow to the dubious-characters have been branded and re-branded as traitors.

But when Wangsa Maju' Wee Choo Keong insisted to call a spade by no other name and pointed to Tian Chua as one of the Little Napoleons ruining the party, even PKR's supreme leader Anwar Ibrahim was stunned.

Tan Tee Beng's 'Vultures' in the MalayMail today has set many in PKR fuming bcoz vultures, as defined by Wikipedia, are scavenging birds, feeding mostly on the carcasses of dead animals.
